Overview
The opening of the port, Naka Ward, is dotted with monuments that tell the history of the opening of the port and Yokohama. Naka Ward Office has published a picture map of the history of Yokohama Naka Ward, which contains this information.
Please use it as a teaching material for history learning and social studies tours. The size is convenient to carry and is perfect for walking around the town.
- In May 2021, we created a Japanese version (7th edition) and a special edition (Western sports inflow edition) that summarizes the history of Western sports in Naka Ward.
- In June 2021, we created a foreign language version (7th edition) translated into English, Chinese, and Hangul.
- In November 2021, we created a foreign language version of a special edition (Western Sports Inflow), which summarizes the history of Western sports in Naka Ward.

How to use it
- Double-sided printing (short binding) the map and commentary surfaces.
- All the map surfaces are turned into valleys, and the door is opened in four.
