In cooperation with companies in Naka Ward, we aim to create a community where people can live with peace of mind even if they become demented by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as a "dementia supporter company that warmly monitors dementia" for companies that have given employees the training course for dementia supporters certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

I understand dementia correctly, have no prejudice, and work as much as I can as a supporter who watches over people and families with dementia.
Supporters also recognize themselves as their own problems and try to understand the feelings of friends and their families.
Person who attended "dementia supporter training course" becomes "dementia supporter", and "dementia supporter card" of mark indicating intention to "support person with dementia" is given.

A person who has received a specific training called Caravan Mate will act as a lecturer and hold a lecture on "dementia".
