Last Updated April 28, 2022
When landslide disaster warning information is announced in the southern part of Yokohama City
Yokohama City has selected cliffs that may cause significant damage to houses in the event of a landslide, and has selected the "Immediate evacuation warning Area" to issue evacuation warning at the same time.
When earth and sand disaster warning information is announced in the southern part of Yokohama City, Yokohama City will immediately issue evacuation warning to the area covered by the evacuation warning and will open five evacuation sites locations so that residents living in the target area can evacuate.

When going to evacuation sites
Avoid along rivers and cliffs, and evacuate while it is bright on a safe route.
Please bring necessary items such as food, water and towels to evacuation sites. There is no parking space.
Masks at evacuation sites to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection!
In evacuation sites, the three conditions of "sealing, dense, and close" are easily met, and there is concern about outbreaks of the new coronavirus.
We ask for your cooperation to protect yourself from disasters and infectious diseases.
①If you can secure your safety at home in the event of a disaster, please try to evacuate at home. Prepare stockpiles such as food and toilet packs in preparation for home evacuation.
②Consider evacuation to a friend or friend's house.
③Please bring a mask or thermometer when you evacuate to evacuation sites.
About evacuation with pets
Pets can be evacuated at the Uedai Meeting House.
Temporary pets are kept in evacuation sites during storms and floods are separate from human evacuation spaces and must be placed in cages.
Be sure to prepare cages, pet food, toilet, etc. necessary for temporary breeding.
