• Do not change the color of the illustration to something other than the specified color.
• Do not use other shapes, characters, etc. on the illustration.
• Please display the caption of "Minami Ward Mascot Character Minatchi" in a gothic body under the illustration.

We rent all kinds of costumes free of charge. Please use it for local events and campaigns!
If you would like to borrow a costume, please read the "Minami Ward Mascot Character Minachi Costume Handling Guidelines" carefully and apply to the Minami Ward Office Public Relations Section in the following procedure.

• In principle, within 7 days from the date of lending to the date of return.
• Please note that depending on the application status, we may not be able to meet your request.
• It cannot be used for misleading activities that support or authorize a particular individual, political, or religious organization.
• It may take a certain period of time from application to approval. As a general rule, please apply at least 7 days before use.
• It cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• We do not accept dispatch of staff. Please note that in advance.
• Available items are limited to "public interest events" aimed at contributing to the promotion of Minami Ward's appeal, cooperation and promotion of local residents.
