About Makita community house designated manager choice of Yokohama-shi

Minami Ward has introduced a designated management system for community houses since 2005.
For Maita Community House, the second designated management period from 2013 will end at the end of FY2017.
Therefore, we openly recruit the third designated manager from April, 2018.

Building Overview	Structure steel concrete 2 stories above ground
Facility contents	Multipurpose room, meeting room 1 (with kitchen) and 2 (with Japanese-style room), lounge, Printing corner and others
Opened	May 2008 (completed in March 2008)
Features, etc.	It is used by a very large number of people, mainly in the local community, such as multipurpose rooms and conference rooms with tatami mats.

[About designation of designated manager]

In Yokohama City Council in December 2017, designated bill of designated manager was approved, and association of non profit organization Minami inhabitant of a ward use facility was appointed as designated manager.
