We announced open call for participants essential points on Thursday, June 11, 2015.

We announced question and answer on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

We updated information about the second selection committee on Monday, August 17, 2015.

We decided designated candidate on Monday, November 30, 2015.

Minami Ward introduced a designated management system in South public hall since fiscal 2006, and its second term expires on December 31, 2015.
Since the new public hall is currently under construction through a redevelopment plan integrated with the Minami Ward General Government Building, the designated management period will be from the date of commencement of service until March 31, 2021.
