For foreigners early in Japan, we have published a booklet titled "Minami Ward Life Bookmark," which summarizes basic rules of living, procedures at ward offices, and the appeal of Minami Ward. We will distribute "Bookmarks of Life" to foreigners who move to Minami Ward to support their lives as members of the local community.
