　This year marks the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Minami Ward system.

For the first time in four years, we were able to hold it for the first time in four years.
　Winning compositions will be held at Minami public hall on Sunday, December 3rd.
In addition to commendations and partial readings, a collection of essays was created and distributed widely.

　We will hold a reading of essays with the feelings and ideas of young people.
　Elementary and junior high school students are involved in the operation, and the opening will perform the performance of the municipal Rokutsugawa Junior High School brass band club, and the award ceremony and reading of the winners will be held.
