Introduction of "Hygiene management in accordance with HACCP"
With the revision of the Food Sanitation Law on June 1, 2021, businesses that handle food, such as restaurants, are required to implement hygiene management in accordance with HACCP. South Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division provides support and advice on hygiene management planning and record creation for facilities that have not introduced "hygiene management in accordance with HACCP."

Please submit the “HACCP Initiative Confirmation Form”.
The Yokohama City Public Health Center checks the hygiene management plan and records during regular on-site monitoring, and knows whether or not to implement "hygiene management in accordance with HACCP". In some cases, the Yokohama City Public Health Center does not know the actual situation even if it is a company that has been implemented.
Sorry for your inconvenience, but please submit the "HACCP Initiative Confirmation Form" and report the implementation status of HACCP at your business site.
