What is the Minami Ward Elderly Security Network?

Symptoms of dementia may cause you to lose track of where you are or where your house is while you go out, and you may be missing.
Anshin Network is a system in which the Minami police department, Minami Ward Office, Regional Comprehensive Support Center, transportation and other organizations work together to discover and protect elderly people with dementia as soon as possible.

For family members (to supporters)

By pre-registering the characteristics and photos of the person, when missing, faxes can be sent to cooperating organizations such as transportation based on the registration information and requested for discovery cooperation in daily work. . In addition, person who is hoped for in pre-registered person can apply for "watching seal business such as Yokohama-shi dementia elderly people". Items required for pre-registration

■2 photos showing the face of the person (upper body photo, whole body photo)
■Registration application form (3 sheets) (* You can also hand it over at the counter.)
※I need a emergency contact number where I can pick you up. (1 or more)

Registration period

The registration period is 5 years (until the end of the fiscal year 5 years later). We will send you a notice from the Minami Ward Office before the end of the period.
If you no longer need to register, please notify us of the abolition. (* You can also hand it over at the counter.)

About Sponsoring Organizations

Stickers (PDF: 503KB) are issued to stores and offices that have registered with the sponsoring organization.
