About the fourth Minami Ward community welfare health plan

About ward (whole) plan
With the aim of becoming a "town where people can live with a smile with peace of mind," the "4th Minami Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "fourth plan"). ) Was finalized.
The fourth plan is based on "Minami Ward, a town where the inhabitants of the ward (heart) live-Every inhabitant with various personalities and values has a connection with the community, supports each other, healthy, personal and smiling with peace of mind. Based on the basic philosophy, we will promote it toward the realization of the following four goals.
Goal 1: Let's expand the activities of watching and supporting people who tend to be isolated with each other's gaze
Goal 2: Promote the creation of opportunities and places where people of various personalities and generations can participate and play an active role.
Goal 3: Raise interest in local communities and activities by delivering information
Goal 4: Let's strengthen the foundation of community welfare and health activities
