Providing photos to be posted on the Midori Ward Photo Archive

Midori Ward Photo Archive is looking for photos of cityscapes and natural scenery taken in Midori Ward that meets the following conditions. For details, please refer to the Midori Ward Photo Archive Implementation Guidelines.

1. Photograph taken by the provider himself
2. Photographs with permission of portrait rights, etc. (*1)
3. Photographs (*2) that can be used by third parties regardless of whether for profit or non-profit.

（※1） You may be able to process the image of a person in the background, so please consult with Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section in advance.
（※2） Photographs that meet the criteria of Creative Commons License Attribution 4.0 International (external site) standards

If you would like to provide photos, please contact Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section first.
After reviewing the Midori Ward Photo Archive Project Implementation Guidelines, download the License Agreement (Form 1-1 and Form 1-2), fill out the required items, and submit it together with the photo or photo data to Midori Ward Public Relations Section. Please present or submit your identity verification documents (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.) when providing.

• In order to properly process portrait rights, photos may be edited and processed before posting.
• The publication will be decided by Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division based on the business purpose and operational status. In addition, we will not contact the photo provider about the start or stop posting.
• If you have any requests to delete the posted photos, please contact Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section, Midori Ward, Midori Ward Photo Archive Business website. In addition, please note that Yokohama-shi does not participate at all about photograph which third party uses.
