Providing photos to be posted in the Midori Ward Photo Archive

Midori Ward Photo Archive is looking for photos of cityscapes and natural scenery taken in Midori Ward that meet the following conditions. For details, please refer to the Midori Ward Photo Archive Implementation Guidelines.

1. Photographs taken by the provider
2. Photographs with permission for portrait rights (*1)
3. Photos that can be used by third parties, whether for-profit or non-profit (*2)

（※1） We may be able to process images of people in the background, so please contact Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section in advance.
（※2） Creative Commons License Indication 4.0 Photos that meet international (outside site) standards

If you would like to provide a photo, please contact Public Relations Section Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division.
Please check the Midori Ward Photo Archive Project Implementation Guidelines, download the License Agreement (Form 1-1 and Form 1-2), fill out the required items, and submit it to Midori Ward Public Relations Section along with photo or photo data. Please present or submit identification documents (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.) when providing.

• In order to properly handle portrait rights, photos may be edited and processed before posting.
• Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division will decide based on the business objectives and operational status of the photos provided. In addition, we will not contact the photo provider about the start or suspension of publication.
• If you have any requests to delete the posted photos, please contact Midori Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section to delete them from the website of the Midori Ward Photo Archive Business. Please note that Yokohama City does not participate in photos used by third parties at all.
