※You can apply in units of two or more consecutive months and one month.
※If the advertising switching date falls on a holiday, the number of days will increase or decrease.

Recruitment from time to time (Please apply by the 20th of the month before the desired publication start month.)
※If the 20th of the month before the month is a holiday or holiday, please apply by the next open agency day.

Method of decision

First-come, first-served basis
※The deadline is on a daily basis. Applications received on the same day will be treated as the same rank.
※If there is an application that exceeds the number of vacant slots within the same day, Yokohama City will draw a lottery and decide.
※"Same day" will be handled by Hours.
(Applications received after 5:15 pm will be in the same order as those received by 5:15 pm on the next open agency day.)

Flow up to publication

  1. Please download the application form.
  1. Fill in required items and send it to Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section, Midori-ku, Yokohama.
    You can bring, mail, e-mail, fax, or any method.
    For the destination, please refer to "Inquiry to this page" at the bottom of the page.
  2. About 7 to 10 days after application, we will send you a notification of selection (or non-selected) from Yokohama City.
  3. Upon receipt of the selection notice, please mail the written consent form (enclosed in the selection notice) with your registered seal and income stamp, and then mail it to the application destination in 2.
    In addition, this consent form and the Yokohama City WEB page advertisement standard agreement will be replaced by the contract.
  4. [Until one week before the start of publication] Please submit an image that will serve as a banner manuscript.
  5. Please pay the advertising fee in the delivery notice sent from Yokohama City.
    ※It will be sent by the month before the start of publication. (If you receive an application including publication in April, we will send it in April.)
  6. [Start date of publication] Please make sure that the advertisement has been posted on the web page.
    However, the work time will be until 11:00 am on the publication date.

Advertisements that cannot be placed

Advertisements can not be placed in the following cases. (Excerpts and summaries from each regulation)
※Specifically, please confirm Yokohama-shi insertion summary and Yokohama-shi insertion standard.

  • Anything that may violate public order and morals
  • Politics
  • Religious
  • Industry similar to customs business and customs business
  • Tobacco
  • Things related to gambling
  • Industrys and vendors that are causing social problems
  • Facilities that perform medical-similar acts that are not stipulated by law (manipulative clinics, chiropractics, aesthetics, etc.)
  • Person who is behind with city taxes
  • Items that have not been improved after receiving administrative guidance, etc.

In addition, advertisements that cannot be posted

Medical services, dentists, midwives, hospitals, clinics, midwives, various treatment centers (anma massage shiatsu, acupuncture, kyu, judo reduction), pharmacies, pharmaceutical stores, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, regenerative medicine products, health foods, health functional foods, specialty foods, etc.
