Let's follow the rules

~ Wheelchairs can't pass through on-street products and signs~

We often see "up flags", "place signboards", "products", etc. in front of stores such as shopping streets, but placing these properties on the road is illegal under the Road Law. It is considered as a property and is prohibited.
These actions not only violate the Road Law, but also pose a serious obstacle to pedestrians and wheelchair users. In addition, banners and the like can significantly impair traffic visibility and cause serious accidents.
It also spoils the beauty of the city.
In the event of an accident due to these, the responsibility of the neglected person may be held, so please correct it immediately.

Don't put anything on the Braille block.
~ Abandoned bicycles, products cover Braille blocks~

You can see abandoned bicycles and products left on Braille blocks everywhere on the street corner, but these actions not only deprive the visually impaired freedom of action, but also can collide and injury. Stop immediately.

Do not place entry blocks at the entrance of the car, and do the devaluation work.

It's dangerous! Let's not stop "entering block"

We often see "entrance blocks" and "iron plates" on the road in front of the garage or parking lot entrance, but these actions are prohibited because they are dangerous.
These actions violate the Road Law, and may cause elderly people, infants, and pedestrians with physical disabilities to trip or slip and cause injuries, causing motorcycles and bicycles to fall. . In the event of such an accident, the responsibility of the person who placed the "entrance block" or "iron plate" may be held.
In addition, on rainy days, the flow of rainwater is stopped, and the living environment will be impaired, and the aesthetics of the city will be impaired.
In order for everyone to pass safely, remove the "riding blocks" and use "sidewalks and curbs" (road self-financing construction) so that everyone can pass safely.

Let's use the road by "cutting down sidewalks and curbs".

The sidewalk is high so that pedestrians can pass safely and that rainwater on the road does not enter the residential land.
If you need to lower the steps in your home garage or parking lot, you can cut down the sidewalks and curbs with the approval of Chief Public Works Office. (Construction costs will be borne by you.)
The Public Works Office provides guidance based on certain standards to ensure that wheelchair users do not interfere with traffic.

Please refer to Road Self-financed Construction for "devaluation work".

Hedges that are often found in residential areas have made a great contribution to the cityscape and aesthetics of the city.
From now on, it is a demand for the times to encourage and promote hedges.
However, it is often seen that hedge branches protrude on the road and hinder the passage of pedestrians and cars, but these actions are prohibited because they are dangerous.
These actions are extremely dangerous, not only violate the Road Law, but also hinder pedestrians' traffic and hinder the driving of cars. It can also cause a traffic accident. In the event of such an accident, the hedge owner's own responsibility may be held in the worst case.
When setting up hedges so that this does not happen, we ask that the growth of the tree in advance and plant it with plenty of time, and that pruning of branches be carried out systematically.
