JR Yokohama Line Tokaichiba Station (5-minute walk from the station)
(Go out the ticket gate of the station on the right and follow the railway line in the direction of Nagatsuta.
Cross the Route 4 road and follow the right side of the track toward Nagatsuta. You can see the office (two stories) at the corner in front of the end. )

Turn to the Tomei Expressway side at "Tokaichiba Station North Intersection" on Route 4. As you proceed next to the park, you will see the outer wall of the Tomei Expressway. Turn left there and follow the road. There is an office entrance along the outer wall.
