(News) 2024 Yokohama Construction Industry Association Young Employees and Female Employee Awards Ceremony was held.

The Midori Ward Association of Yokohama Construction IndustryPublic Works Office launched an award system for female employees in fiscal 2021 with the aim of improving technology and motivation through recognition of young and female employees and continuously improving the quality of construction work. This year, the award was given to seven female employees on August 26.

The seven people were awarded this time for their high motivation to work on quality control and safety management, as well as careful local coordination for smooth construction.
On the day of the event, the president of the Yokohama Construction Industry Association, the chairman of the Midori Ward Association and the Director General also gave congratulatory words.
