When becoming a victim
- Immediately report it to the police
- Confirm the Address, name, vehicle number, date of insurance coverage, insurance company and insurance company.

When becoming an assailant

When obtaining a "Traffic Accident Certificate" to claim automobile liability insurance money, voluntary automobile insurance, and Yokohama City mutual aid traffic accident exemption money, or "No accident-free violation certificate" to prevent traffic accidents and enforce safe driving. If you need a "driving record certificate", go to the Safe Driving Center.
