Part-time income and taxes
The video explains the difference between income tax and resident tax on part-time income and spouse deduction, using a wife who works part-time job with her husband as an example.
How is the tax on residential land?
We made a video of what kind of tax is property tax, what kind of system it is evaluated, and the flow until the tax amount is determined using a residential area as an example.
When you receive a letter of request for a house survey
When a new house is set up, the staff of the ward office visits and conducts a house survey. We made a video from confirmation of the date and time of the survey using a smartphone to the subsequent flow.
