Check ups for Infants and Toddlers (4-month-old, 1-year-old and 6-month-old, 3-year-old)

Infant health checkups (4-month-old children, 1-year-old and 6-month-old children, 3-year-old children) conducted at the ward office are carried out after taking infection prevention measures.
Infant health checkups are an opportunity to confirm the growth of your child at the milestone of growth and support child care, and it is important to have them take them at a better time.
Please cooperate with the following when you visit.

1. If you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, postpone your consultation.
2. Please postpone the consultation not only for the children who are subject to the medical examination but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in your family.
3. Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers.

The schedule of the infant health checkup will be announced to the target child in a letter.
The notification will be sent to your home approximately two weeks before the date of your medical examination. If you do not receive it by then, please contact Children and Families Support Division. Also, please fill out the enclosed questionnaire with required items and bring it with you on the day.
※The implementation of this project will be finalized when the budget proposal is approved in City Counsil.

In order to prevent congestion, we provide guidance with an upper limit on the number of medical examinations accepted each time.

If you are unable to see your doctor on the schedule, please contact Midori Ward Children and Families Support Division. However, due to the limited reception space, it may not be possible to change as desired.
