Hideko Hajiaririch, Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Japan, jointly announced an agreement on cooperation in supporting Ukraine's reconstruction. Mr. Jaco Serious, Permanent Representative of UNDP Ukraine Office, also participated online.
Through this cooperation, we will first proceed with the restoration of the 141st nursery school building in Odesa City, which was damaged by the blast. In crowdfunding, which is planned to be used for the maintenance of furniture and playground equipment, Yokohama City will play the role of public relations firmly.
We will continue to contribute to the peace and development of the international community together with citizens and businesses in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme.
