I attended the 59th Conference of Mayors for Designated City.
Yokohama City adopted five requests, including the "Request for Strengthening the Financial Base of National Health Insurance Based on Expanding the Application of Employee Insurance", and exchanged opinions with Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Tsuyoshi Matsumoto on the "Review of Local Government" and "Social Implementation of Digital Technology".
In addition, at the “Diverse Large City System Realization Project” held on the same day, we compiled a draft request for the next Regional System Investigation Committee and discussed the outline of new proposals (drafts) for the early realization of various large city systems.
