We gave a greeting at the "Centerminami Spring Festival" held in front of Center Minami Station in Tsuzuki Ward  .
The rain from dawn had risen, and as the famous carp streamers were swimming in the wind, and there were performances such as singing and dancing and mock shops.
I also interacted with many smiles while visiting the venue and had a wonderful time.
