We visited Hello Yokohama 2023, a ward festival in Naka Ward that celebrated the 96th anniversary of the constituency system.
The venue, Elephant's nose park, was crowded with so many people despite the cold sky.
I went to a lot of store booths and interacted with many people, and I was energized by the smiles of everyone who was enjoying themselves.
