We visited Naka Ward inhabitant's festival "Hello Yokohama 2023" which celebrated the 96th anniversary of the constituency system.
The venue, Zou-no-hana Park, was crowded with very many people despite the cold sky.
I also visited the many booths lined up, interacted with many people, and the smiles of everyone who was enjoying themselves were energetic.
