In Mayor's Residence, I presented a letter of appreciation to the retired presidents of the Neighborhood Association. During the period when activities were restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the chairman demonstrated leadership and continued local activities with wisdom and ingenuity, such as actively engaging in new activities tailored to the times and social conditions.
