I met students from Schule Am Reed in Frankfurt, Germany, who visited on a business trip to Germany in July this year. Students staying in Yokohama as part of an exchange project with Sakuragaoka High School, a sister school, asked about their impressions of Yokohama for the first time and exchanges with Sakuragaoka High School.
"Everywhere you go in Yokohama, everyone is kind," and "It's wonderful that all the students at Sakuragaoka High School cooperate with each other."
Through this exchange program, I hope that the students of both schools will be able to connect Germany and Japan in the future and play an active role in the global society.
