We visited "Dogaya inhabitant of a ward festival" under the refreshing autumn weather.
This year, the event was held on the vast site of Hodogaya Park for the first time in five years before the pandemic, and it was crowded with many people, from children to the elderly.
I also had a good time with the inhabitants of a ward full of smiles while visiting various stores such as delicious food and fun games.
