In order to attract the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development to Yokohama, the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (Yokohama Attraction Promotion Council), a group of members of the Diet elected from Kanagawa Prefecture, was formed by bipartisan, and attended the establishment general meeting as the chairman of the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development.
On the same day, we handed a request form to the members of the League of Representatives, Hirokazu Matsuno and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kenji Yamada, and based on the results of holding the past three meetings and with Africa, which has accumulated with citizens and related organizations. Based on the exchange with, we highlighted the strengths of Yokohama, the city closest to Africa, as the city closest to Africa.
For the realization of the 9th meeting in Yokohama, we will work together with the people concerned with the help of the League of Representatives.
