We received a request form from the Totsuka Ward Union Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association Liaison Committee for "Efforts to Realize" Special City "contributing to Improvement of Citizens' Life".
We have request to "we try for publicity about special city widely and get citizen's understanding and push forward approach" and "we pray for realization of special city as part of making citizen's life better" I received a powerful ale.
Based on request that we had, we will do our best to achieve the early realization of a "special city" to improve citizen's life and area.
