At the 2022 World Triathlon Para Triathlon Series Yokohama Tournament, the Organizing Committee, the organizer, supported the travel expenses of Ukrainian athletes and coaches, as well as accommodation expenses during the tournament. After the tournament, I had the opportunity to talk with the Ukrainian team as chairman of the Organizing Committee. As the homeland was hit by the war, everyone who came to Japan with a strong determination for this tournament became hot. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the people of Ukraine in the city who came to support us on the day of the event, and to those who have worked hard for this support.
