In 2027, GREEN x EXPO 2027 will be held at the former Kamiseya Communication Facility in Yokohama City. Konan Ward is making efforts to increase momentum toward the success of the Expo.

This is the first international exposition in Japan with the theme of "Kingkyo," which works in harmony with the environment and works with citizens, focusing on climate change, which has a significant impact on our lives.
In order for nature, people, and society to be sustained together, we will make preparations to say, "People's awareness and actions for the environment have changed from Yokohama in 2027," in view of the limits of the earth and a decarbonized society.

From Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to Thursday, November 7, we exhibited a booth at Irodorifesta at Konandai BIRDS!
In addition to panel displays and handouts, Konan Director General also visited the site to promote PR.

We exhibited at Konan Children's Dream World in 2024!
On Saturday, November 2, 2024, we exhibited at the event of "Konan Children's Dream World" held at Konan Fureai Park!
In this year's Dream World, young staff gathered by volunteers in the ward office plan and operate the booth, and in addition to panel displays and handouts, games using capsule toys, games with nerve debilitation games of flowers, etc. We prepared a plan to get close to and enjoyed it from children to adults!
We also prepared 300 copies of the goods to be handed to those who participated, but it has disappeared beautifully.

Stair advertisement has started at JR Konandai Station (in the ticket gate)!
On Friday, October 18, 2024, a stair advertisement was posted on the stairs going up from the JR Konandai Station platform to the ticket gate floor! As it is posted until Thursday, December 12, 2024, please check by all means when using the station.
In addition, on Friday, October 18, the first day of the posting, we wore a GREEN x EXPO 2027 logo coat around the ticket gate of Konandai Station and distributed a tissue with the GREEN x EXPO 2027 logo and publicized it! .

On Saturday, June 22, 2024, in commemoration of the 1000 days before the GREEN x EXPO 2027 holding, a GREEN x EXPO 2027 PR booth was set up at the ward office 1st floor inhabitant hall, and fresh flowers were given to the first 100 people. In addition, a flower arrangement course for parents and children was held!

We publicized sunflower seeding in flower bed in front of Kaminagaya station, flower planting event!
On Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the sunflower seeding and flower planting event held at the flower bed in front of Kaminagaya Station, a tablecloth with the GREEN × EXPO 2027 logo was installed, and participants were given GREEN × EXPO 2027 We distributed bags and flyers with the logo and publicized it!

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, we exhibited at the event of "Konan Children's Dream World" held at Konan Fureai Park!
In addition to panel displays and handouts, those who follow Konan Ward's X (formerly Twitter) were also introduced to the public.
We presented a flower seedling with the abbreviation logo pick of the International Horticultural Expo.
Because of its popularity, the 150 flower seedlings disappeared quickly.
