Online legal consultation (under demonstration experiment)

As part of the digital ward office demonstration experiment conducted by Konan Ward, we provide online legal consultation for those who are too busy to visit the ward office or who are difficult to visit the agency.

■About sending meeting IDs, etc.
　Zoom will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking by 12:00 the day before the scheduled consultation date, "Meeting ID" and "passcode".
　If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact the following inquiries.

■About change or cancellation of reservation
　・Reservations can only be made per person. If you want to change the reservation time, please cancel the reservation first and log in to the system again.
　・Reservations can be canceled from My Page up to 3 days before the consultation date.
　・If you cannot cancel from My Page, please contact the following inquiries. When contacting us, please inform us of "Online legal consultation", "Reservation date", "Reservation time", "Reservation name", and "Reservation number".

■Participation in meetings
　・Please participate in the meeting about 5 minutes before the start time. I'll connect you to a lawyer when the reservation time is reached.
　・If you enter the room late, there will be no extension of the consultation time. Consultation within the consultation time frame is possible, but consultation is not possible if you enter the room after 20 minutes of the reservation time.
