Online legal consultation (under verification testing)

As part of the demonstration experiment conducted by Konan Ward, we will provide online legal consultation for those who are busy and cannot come to the ward office or those who have difficulty visiting the office.

■About change, cancellation of reservation
　・Only one slot can be reserved for each person. If you want to change the reservation time, please cancel the reservation first and log in to the system again.
　・Reservation cancellation from My Page can be made up to 3 days prior to the consultation date.
　・If you are unable to cancel from My Page, please contact the following inquiries. When contacting, please inform us of "Online legal consultation", "Reservation date", "Reservation time", "Reservation name", and "Reservation number".

■Participation in Meetings
　・Please attend the meeting around 5 minutes before the start time. I'll connect you to a lawyer when it's time to make a reservation.
　・If you enter the room late, there will be no extension of the consultation time. Consultation within the consultation time frame is possible, but you will not be able to consult if you enter the room after 20 minutes of the reservation time.

This project is being conducted as part of Konan Ward's demonstration experiments. For better project implementation, please cooperate with the user questionnaire.
The user questionnaire will be sent by e-mail after consultation is completed.
