The "Organ Donation Intention Card" is also distributed by the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section (50th floor, telephone: 045-847-8349).

The intention to donate organs can be indicated by an intention card or seal, as well as an indication field on the employee health insurance insured card or driver's license, or by registering your intention on the Internet.
