Last Updated January 14, 2025

Event name
Your work, that's "emotional labor"! (To protect the mental health of the working generation)
Event Overview
"Emotional labor" refers to the work required to control one's emotions in a job and express the right emotions regardless of one's feelings. For example, it refers to a job where you need to respond with a smile even if you don't like it in the service industry.
