Dr. Hisako Watanabe, a psychiatrist elementary school studenｔ, and the members of the "THE THREE FLAGS," which was formed by three people who grew up in a nursing home in elementary school studenｔ. From the story of the social care (*) parties, we understand the effects of inappropriate childcare on children and think about what each person can do.
（※） "Social care" means socially raising and protecting elementary school studenｔ, where there are no parents or elementary school studenｔ, which is not appropriate to be guarded by parents, and providing support to families with great difficulties in raising children.

Professor Hisako Watanabe
After graduating from Keio University School of Medicine, he became a psychiatrist at elementary school studenｔ after working in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, neurology and psychoanalysis.
Addressing the increasingly complex problems of modern Japanese children (puberty senile, children born from artificial insemination, developmental disabilities, sexually affected children, abuse, bullying, DV, post-earth PTSD, etc.). Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman of the World Association for Infant Mental Health, WAIMH, President of the Japan Society for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH Japan Chapter), President of the Takayama International Foundation for Education, and President of the Association for Mental Health, a non-profit organization. He has authored books such as "Child care for mental development" and "Hug me."
