This time, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Konan Ward System, Kuniko Obinata, who has also won a gold medal at a former Paralympian, will be invited as a lecturer to talk about the appeal of the Paralympic Games and how to enjoy it.
In addition, Masaki Yamaguchi of Konan Welfare Home, a non-profit organization that provides support for daytime activities and short stays for persons with disabilities in Konandai, Konan Ward, and private companies triggered this tournament. We welcome Mr. Yusaku Nagatani of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Co., Ltd., who is engaged in activities to spread understanding of disabilities, etc., as a guest, and promote exchange and understanding of disabilities through panel talks and other activities.
In addition, Ryuta Kuriyama, a blind singer-songwriter, will perform a support song for athletes aiming for the Paralympic Games, `` Real Victory '', etc., which has been featured in various media. You.

Currently, he is committed to the spread of sports for the disabled, including serving as a director of the Japan Sports Association for the Disabled and an advisor to the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee.

At the age of 11, he became ill and blind, but he has been active as a singer-songwriter, making use of music that he has been playing since childhood.
As a culmination of music activities, the song "Real Victory", a support song for athletes aiming for the Paralympic Games created, has been featured in various media and has attracted attention.
