Let's reduce the amount of food that is thrown away without eating by well combining preserved foods whose expiration date is approaching and ingredients used in daily life.
Based on the experience of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, we will give easy-to-understand lectures on stockpiling and cooking ideas that are useful in an emergency.
