I can't find my private seal registration card. Can I get a seal certificate if I bring my registered seal?

Without a private seal registration card (card), you will not be able to receive a private seal certificate even if you are in Seal Registration.
If you lose your private seal registration card, please submit a “private seal Registration Certificate Loss Report” to the ward office where you have registered as a resident and apply for Seal Registration again. You will need to obtain a private seal certificate after the procedure is completed.
