If your dog dies, your registration will be canceled, so please notify the Kohoku Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division Environmental Sanitation Section window (39th floor on the third floor), telephone, e-mail, or Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. There is no charge.

Please consult the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Kohoku Office (Tel: 045-541-1220) for pet body disposal. (Bones cannot be returned.)
If you would like to cremation (return your bones), please consult the Yokohama Municipal Totsuka Saijo (Tel: 045-864-7001) or a private pet funeral company.
Please contact each facility for details, as it will be charged.
