Facility type	Wooden 2 floors above ground Kohoku Ward, Yokohama leases land and buildings owned by the private sector
Total floor area	Approx. 300 square meters
Facility contents	1st floor: Lobby, exchange space (learning corner, etc.), play room, nursing space, office, warehouse 2nd floor: Meeting rooms (three rooms, available as one room), warehouse ※It is subject to change due to the plan at the time of design.

Designated period (Phase 1)

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030 (5 years)
※Opening dates are subject to change depending on the maintenance status of facilities.

Duties performed by the designated manager

1.Permission for the use of community houses.
2.The operation of community house.
3.Thing about conduct of business to prescribe in Yokohama-shi district center regulations Article 2 Clause 2.
4.Matters related to the maintenance and management of community house buildings and facilities.
5.Others

Eligibility for application

During the designated period, corporations and other organizations (including joint ventures jointly by multiple organizations) that can safely and smoothly manage and operate the facilities.
※It is not possible to apply individually.
