Application briefing session [※ Finished]

We will hold briefings on applications as follows, so groups planning to apply should participate as much as possible For organizations wishing to apply as a joint venture, only one of the constituent organizations may participate. The application guidelines will not be distributed on the day, so please bring it with you.

  1. Date and time: Tuesday, July 12, 2022, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (planned) ※Reception: From 1:30 pm
  2. Venue: Meeting room 1F, 4th Floor, Kohoku Ward Office
  3. Number of participants: Up to 2 persons in each group
  4. Application method: By noon on Thursday, July 7, 2022, please fill out the form and submit it to the Kohoku Ward Office Regional Promotion Division by e-mail to required items (ko-shiteisentei@city.yokohama.jp) by noon on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Acceptance will be completed upon replying to the receipt confirmation email.
  5. Belongings: Documents certifying that they are employees (employee IDs, business cards, etc.) (employee ID cards, business cards, etc.)
  • Questions will not be accepted on the day, so please submit the questionnaire within the question acceptance period.
  • The ward office parking lot is limited, so please use public transportation if possible.
  • In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, please cooperate in wearing masks in the venue.
