About the sewer

It seems that the sewage is clogged.

  • In the case of "only the toilet is clogged" or "water does not flow only in the kitchen or bath", it is possible that the drainage system in the residential area may be clogged. The management owner of the drainage system in the residential land is to perform it, so please clean it yourself, or if you can not clean it yourself or need to repair it, please ask a drainage construction contractor.
  • For consultation on drainage facilities in residential lands, please consult with the contractor who constructed the water around your home, the drainage equipment manufacturer to use, or the nearest "Yokohama City Drainage Designated Construction Shop".
  • If all sewers in the residential land do not flow, please contact Public Works Office (telephone 045-531-7361) as public sewers may be clogged.

Reception hours is open from 8:30 to 17:30 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and from December 29 to January 4). However, the union will only introduce you.
