Last Updated October 19, 2023

Kanagawa traffic fatal accident frequent warning is being announced! From Monday, October 16 to Sunday, October 22

In the prefecture, more than 7 traffic fatal accidents occurred in seven days, so the "Kanagawa Prefectural Traffic Fatal Accident Frequent Warning" was announced on October 16.
In the future, especially the sunshine hours will be shorter, so traffic accidents caused by pedestrians and motorcycles may increase.
Pedestrians should strive to thoroughly enforce the "Kanagawa Prefectural Passenger Safety Five Rules", such as "crossing the pedestrian crossing without crossing over a random" and "do not walk smartphones".
Drivers should also try to drive with plenty of time and reconfirm the traffic rules, such as turning on lights early and checking safety at intersections.
