A team composed of those who are at least 3rd grade elementary school students and who live, work or study in Kohoku Ward (one out of three people can live, work, or study in the ward).

(1) About the new sports handbook
　This tournament will be held in accordance with the rules described in the New Sports Handbook. Please be sure to check the contents.

(1) The ranking from 1st to 4th place will be determined by qualifying (total robin) and final tournament.
(2) In the qualifying league and the final tournament, the winner will be determined by 11 points ahead or scored within the competition time (within 20 minutes).
(3) In the case of tie, one team representative will decide on one ball. However, only the finals will be extended by 1 Maine, and if the tie is still tied, one representative will decide by one ball.
(4) If the competition time is over and on the way, all pitch will be thrown.
(5) Only the first game of each team can practice two throws per person.
(6) Except for the rules set by the organizer of this tournament, the referee shall judge the judgment.

(1) For the participants of this tournament, the organizer will take out sports insurance but will not be liable for any other responsibility.
(2) The participation of minors shall be obtained by the parental consent.
(3) Substitute players will not be registered, but members can be changed only at the time of reception on the day.
(4) If the tournament is canceled due to rain, etc., it will be announced on the Kohoku Ward Office website around 6:15 am on the day. Please check it.

(5) If you have to abstain, be sure to contact [Application / Contact] one week in advance.
(6) Participation fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation due to rain or abstention will be applied to the expenses for preparing the tournament. Thank you for your understanding.
(7) Please bring your garbage with you.
(8) Please use the equipment prepared by the organizer.
(9) Please note that we may take photos of players for recording and publicity.
(10) There is no parking lot at the venue. Please refrain from coming by car or motorcycle (including motorized bicycles, normal and large).
(11) The venue is a park, so please do not use fire.
(12) Smoking is prohibited on the day of the event.
(13) Please note that the personal information submitted at the time of application will be used only by the ward officials of the Games Secretariat and the tournament officers of the Kohoku Ward Sports Promotion Committee.
