※This year, each team participant will be required to fill out the scorecard. We will not assign a judge to fill in the score. Rhinesman and referee assistance will be provided by the organizer.

A briefing session will not be held.

①The start method will be determined based on the number of participating teams.
②The rules are in accordance with the Kohoku Ward Ground Golf Tournament Rules.
③The score must be entered by each team. There will be no reference for the score entry. Rhinesman and referee assistance will be provided by the organizer.

In team commendation and district commendation, up to the first to third places will be commended.
※The first place in the team commendation and district award will be awarded the championship cup (rounding) and a certificate, and the second and third places will be awarded diplomas. In addition, a hole-in-one award (announced the award setting hall on the day of the tournament), a high score prize (one each male and female), and a participation prize will be awarded.
※The district award is based on the sum of the scores of the district national team (2 teams) and determines the ranking in descending order.
※For general participating teams, only team awards are eligible for team awards.

①If rain forecast on the day of the tournament.
According to the weather forecast of the Japan Meteorological Agency, if the probability of precipitation on Sunday, 3rd day of the tournament is 70% or more (as of 17:00 the day before), it will be canceled on Saturday, 2nd the previous day. The cancellation will be posted on the Kohoku Ward Office website, so please check in advance.
②If the day before the tournament is rainy and the day of the tournament is clear.
We will judge whether it is possible to hold the event based on the situation of the park on the day of the tournament. Port by 7:00 a.m. on the day

①For the participants of this tournament, the organizer will take out sports insurance but will not be liable for any other responsibility.
②For minor participation, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.
③Substitute players will not be registered. In the unlikely event that there is a member change for unavoidable reasons, please contact the following inquiries by Thursday, February 15th.
④The collected player information will be announced together with the tournament record (Please note that the record collection will be distributed at the ward office and will be published on the website before applying.
⑤If you are forced to abstain, please be sure to contact us in advance.
⑥Please bring your own lunch.
⑦Please bring your own trash with you.
⑧Participation fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation due to rain or abstention will be applied to the expenses for preparing the tournament. Thank you for your understanding.
⑨The equipment can be participated in your club, but be sure to use the ball prepared by the organizer. ※Clubs are available (application required at the time of application).
⑩There is no parking lot at the venue. Please refrain from coming by car or motorcycle (including motorized bicycles, normal and large).
⑪The venue is a park, so please refrain from using fire (stove is acceptable).
