From 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Saturday, May 11, 2024 (reception starts at 12:30)
Large conference room on the 2nd floor of Keio University Hiyoshi Campus
(4-1-1 Hiyoshi, Kohoku-ku, Toyoko Line, Meguro Line, Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line, Yokohama Shiei Subway Green Line, Yokohama Shiei Subway Green Line 2 minutes on foot from Hiyoshi Station)

Instructors familiar with the history of Keio University will tell you about the history of Hiyoshi's town, which has been a school city. After the lecture, we will have a tour of the Hiyoshi Campus where the history has been carved.
- It is scheduled for 60 minutes to lecture and 90 minutes on campus.
- The tour guide will be provided by the instructor and members of the Hiyoshidai Underground Bunker Preservation Society.
- During the tour, you will also walk on the slopes and stairs. (※It does not enter the bunker. It will be a tour of the entrance only.)
- It's a rainy day. In the event of stormy weather, lectures will be held only or the tour will be shortened.
Lecturer
Takeshi Akusawa (Principal of Keio Senior High School, Chairman of the Hiyoshidai Underground Bunker Preservation Society)
(Brief history)
Graduated from Keio University, Graduate School of Letters, Keio University. He has been a teacher at Keio Senior High School since the same year and principal of the school since 2022. A member of the Keio History Exhibition Hall, Yukichi Fukuzawa.
He has authored "Campus War of Keio Hiyoshi 1934-1949" (Keio University Press), and co-authored "Hiyoshidai Underground Bunker University and War" (Takabunken).

Junior high school students and above 50 students
(A lot of applications.) In the case of lottery, priority will be given to those who live, work, or attend school in Kohoku Ward. )

(1) The lottery results will be announced by e-mail. Please set the mail from ko-dokusyo@city.yokohama.jp to "Receivable".
(2) If you have an accompanying person, please enter required items in the "Accompaniment" field of the application form and apply. The lottery results will be notified to the representatives by April 30.
(3) Please note that photos taken on the day of the lecture may be used in public relations media (homepages, flyers, etc.).
(4) The personal information you receive will not be used for any purpose other than communication regarding this lecture.
(5) Lectures may be postponed or canceled depending on the weather conditions on the day.
