• On the day of the event, the parking lot and surrounding roads will be very crowded. Please use public transportation (train, bus) as much as possible for the next agency.
• Because the inside of the medical examination site is narrow, you will not be able to take a medical examination while putting it on a stroller. If necessary, please prepare a baby string. There is also a stroller storage area at the entrance, so please use it. Also, if you are pregnant or bring your siblings and wish to use a stroller, please contact the reception staff on the day.

• Please bring your mother's handbook, urine, and urinalysis application form.
• Please be sure to submit it to the medical examination site on the 1st floor of the Kohoku Ward Office in Reception hours on the day of the 3-year-old medical examination.
• I will confirm that you have consulted at the Kohoku Ward Office. If you cannot confirm your mother's handbook, you may not be able to receive a test.
• If you cannot collect urine on the day, you do not need to forcibly bring it with you. Also, if you bring it to Reception hours for the next 3-year-old medical checkup by the day before your 4th birthday, you can test it at a later date.
