Introduction to Kohoku Ward Walking Course (Kohoku Ward Walking Notebook)

 Walking is an exercise that anyone, regardless of age, can easily work on. It has the effect of preventing lifestyle and obesity, and healthy habits from a young age can lead to a healthy life expectancy.
 If you are already walking, if you feel lack exercise due to self-restraint and are about to start, please use the "Kohoku Ward Walking Handbook" to promote your health!

Kohoku Ward Walking Map Part 2 Cover

 We made walking map using application photographs of "Kohoku town charm photo contest" and "2015 Kohoku plum photo contest" that Kohoku Tourism Association carried out in 2014, we made walking map.
 Walking courses are introduced in three types of walking maps from Part 1 to Part 3.
 Please take a stroll along this map with one hand and discover the charms of Kohoku Ward.

This is a business for Yokohama citizens aged 18 and over to promote health promotion while having a pedometer.A stamp is stamped when you participate in a health promotion business, etc., and you can collect two stamps and apply for prizes.When volunteer activities are performed at nursing care insurance facilities, etc., "points" can be obtained, and cash or donated according to the accumulated "points".
