Rental of Botan-chan costume

If you would like to borrow a costume, please read the "Kanazawa Ward Happiness Delivery Ambassador Botan-chan Costume Rental Guidelines" and contact us in advance by telephone, etc., and submit the application documents to Kanazawa Ward Public Relations Section.

Application acceptance: 3 months to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of use (first come, first served)
Lending period: 1 week from the loan date to the date of return
Transportation method: Transportation by one-box car is required.
Notes: It cannot be used on rainy days or in places where the ground is dirty.

The usage fee is free. If the loan period overlaps, the loan period will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
※You can only rent a costume. If you enter the costume, please contact the applicant group.

※In addition, it cannot be used in the following cases.

1. When there is a risk of violation of laws and regulations or public order and morals.
2. When the trust or dignity of Kanazawa Ward is impaired;
3. When giving misunderstanding that a particular individual, political party, or religious organization is supported or authorized, or when there is a risk of such.
4. When the use of the costume causes misunderstanding or confusion, or when there is a risk of such.
5. When the image of "Kanazawa Ward happiness delivery ambassador Botan-chan" is impaired or is likely to do so.
6. When the use of costumes is deemed inappropriate.

In addition to the application form, please attach a document that gives an overview of events that you plan to use the costume.
Example: Event flyers, brochures, planning documents, etc.
