About rental of election equipment

　The Kanazawa Ward Election Commission lends election equipment for schools in the ward for use in student council officer elections. If you have any questions, please contact us.

• Please check in advance as it may not be possible to borrow depending on the time and quantity.
• We ask each school to transport equipment such as ballot boxes. When picking up, please come with a car or trolley that can be transported.

1. Please contact the Kanazawa Ward Office General Affairs Division Statistics and Elections Section and check the reservation status.
2. If there is a vacancy in the reservation, please fill out the borrowed form (Word (word: 12KB)) and submit it.
3. As the lending date approaches, we will have a meeting with the person in charge regarding the time.
4. Please come to the agency by car that can carry goods and come to Statistics and Elections Section on the 6th floor. We'll rent equipment.
5. Please return it within the loan period.
