We are recruiting one staff member (monthly job) for the fiscal year to engage in the Tax Division CertificationKanazawa Ward Office.

1 Job description

[Business of Tax Division Kanazawa Ward issuing window (Reception desk, terminal operation, delivery, etc.)]
(1)Office work related to the issuance of tax certification (municipal tax / prefectural tax exemption (tax exemption) certificate, certificate on fixed assets (evaluation certificate, etc.), tax payment certificate, etc.)
(2)Business such as registration, scrapping, and name change of motorized bicycles
(3)Other assistance in Tax Division
(4)In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted office work, only during working hours)
(5)Other matters deemed necessary by the director of the affiliation

Staff for fiscal year based on Article 22-2, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Local Public Service Act

3 Qualifications for application

(1) Having business experience and interest in tax matters and willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge
(2) Being able to provide customer service and telephone support at basic counters, kindness and polite guidance.
(3) Basic operation of a personal computer (excel, word, etc., terminal operation, etc.)
(4) Being able to visit the agency for the second interview scheduled on May 14 and the physical checkup on the 20th of the same month.    
(5) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2024    
(5) Do not fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law

5 Working Conditions and Compensation

(1) Amount of compensation
179,500 yen per month
End-of-term, diligent allowance and commutation allowance (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately
We pay based on regulations such as the regulations about salary of the staff of Yokohama-shi fiscal year appointment staff and expense compensation.
(2) Workplace
Kanazawa Ward Office Tax Division
(3) Appointment Period
From May 27, 2024 to March 31, 2025
If work performance is good, the appointment may be made up to four times.
(4) Working days
Working 4 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year), and one day specified by the director in advance from Monday to Friday)
(5) Working hours
8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break)
(6) Vacation
According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
(7) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement of expenses.
